Nutrition and Dietetics

In 1 semester, earn your Certificate of Proficiency then take the CDM Credentialing Exam to be a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP).

Black River Technical College's Certificate of Proficiency in Dietary Management is an ANFP-Approved Training Program.

Black River Technical College graduates of the Nutrition and Foodservice Management program historically have a high pass rate on the certification exam.

Or earn your Associate of General Studies with a nutrition and dietetics focus and transfer to a 4-year for a bachelor's degree in nutrition!

The institution has determined its curriculum meets the state educational requirements for licensure or certification.

All BRTC degree-seeking students should demonstrate competency in the general education learning outcomes.
